House Rules

Parties are not allowed, and guests must respect our quiet hours in consideration of our neighbors. Hosting an unauthorized event may result in the immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. Smoking is permitted outside; however, guests must avoid the turf area, as burning ashes may permanently damage the synthetic grass. Every guest and pet must be properly listed in the reservation, including infants and children, to avoid extra charges.

Life saver! We stayed in the AirBnB for 2 weeks as we needed a house until we closed on our new home. The place was really awesome, super cozy and felt right at home. Julia was very helpful and checked in to make sure we were good. The location is great, as it is close to many restaurants and easy access to 375 and I-10. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. Had a great experience, thank you!

Easy breezy quaint place to stay. Lots of space and everything was very clean. Bedding and beds were very comfortable. We came during a snow storm and the place was immaculate with great heating. Garage was available for use . Host Julie was very welcoming. Instructions were short and clear. Easy check out, didn’t have to do anything excessive before leaving. Helped us recover a phone we left behind right away and was so kind about it. Would stay here again. Thank you Julie!

I've stayed at a lot of Air BnBs throughout the years and Julie's place is, by FAR, the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Julie was super nice and extremely responsive. The place is perfect for one or two couples. Not huge, but very cozy, very homey, and decorated very nicely. Beds and couch are extremely comfortable. Access to the garage was great, made for easy loading and unloading of luggage. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, close to lots of different stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc., and, only a short 8 minute drive to I-10. Overall great experience, and will definitely look to stay there again in the future. Thanks Julie!

This home was extremely comfortable, roomy, and very clean. The backyard is also very clean, spacious and private. We loved having access to the garage and the home was very accessible. It is also in a good location off of two major thoroughfares in the area. I highly recommend and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

Julie’s place is located in a great area. We were close to restaurants and stores. The house was so welcoming and cosy. Very Clean, Quiet and also Spacious. Julie’s fast response to each message was superb. We will be back definitely. Brent and Wendy☺️☺️
