Life saver! We stayed in the AirBnB for 2 weeks as we needed a house until we closed on our new home. The place was really awesome, super cozy and felt right at home. Julia was very helpful and checked in to make sure we were good. The location is great, as it is close to many restaurants and easy access to 375 and I-10. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. Had a great experience, thank you!

Easy breezy quaint place to stay. Lots of space and everything was very clean. Bedding and beds were very comfortable. We came during a snow storm and the place was immaculate with great heating. Garage was available for use . Host Julie was very welcoming. Instructions were short and clear. Easy check out, didn’t have to do anything excessive before leaving. Helped us recover a phone we left behind right away and was so kind about it. Would stay here again. Thank you Julie!

I've stayed at a lot of Air BnBs throughout the years and Julie's place is, by FAR, the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Julie was super nice and extremely responsive. The place is perfect for one or two couples. Not huge, but very cozy, very homey, and decorated very nicely. Beds and couch are extremely comfortable. Access to the garage was great, made for easy loading and unloading of luggage. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, close to lots of different stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc., and, only a short 8 minute drive to I-10. Overall great experience, and will definitely look to stay there again in the future. Thanks Julie!

This home was extremely comfortable, roomy, and very clean. The backyard is also very clean, spacious and private. We loved having access to the garage and the home was very accessible. It is also in a good location off of two major thoroughfares in the area. I highly recommend and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

Julie’s place is located in a great area. We were close to restaurants and stores. The house was so welcoming and cosy. Very Clean, Quiet and also Spacious. Julie’s fast response to each message was superb. We will be back definitely.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Our Airbnb was in the perfect location with close proximity to all of the popular attractions as well as some amazing hidden gems! We were stocked with everything that we needed and Julie provided recommendations for grocery shopping, adventures and food! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area, the pool, hot tub, cabana, swing chairs & outdoor dining area is where we spent most of our time! Julie communicated with us during our entire stay and made us feel right at home! We will definitely be sure to book with Julie every-time that we are in Tulum & I recommend that everyone books this Airbnb for your stay! You will not be disappointed!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce superbe appartement très bien entretenu, propre et agréable. On se sent très vite comme à la maison car on ne manque de rien que ce soit dans la cuisine, la salle de bain, la chambre ou l’extérieur. La décoration est très belle, tout est propre et les lits sont hyper confortables. Mention spéciale pour la clim qui est nécessaire ainsi que la piscine et le jacuzzi très bien entretenus également, le jardin extérieur étant très agréable. Julie est une super hôte, à l’écoute, disponible, merci pour les conseils, les réponses, votre gentillesse. Merci pour tout !

Great place just as it is described and showed in pictures. Julie was very responsive, provided great recommendations, made our check in so smooth and stress free. I would recommend this place to anyone who wanna have a great, relaxing holiday!

Julie's place is just amazing and looks exactly as the pictures. The apartment is perfectly located between the town and hotel zone and is less than 10 minutes away from the supermarket Selecto Chedraui. Also there is an Oxxo a few meters down the road from the apartment in case you forgot anything at the supermarket. The neighbourhood feels safe and there are restaurants and shops in the area. The hot tub was a success with our family and the temperature was perfect. The apartment became our place of rest and relaxation after being out all day and contains all the amenities to make that possible. If we are ever back in Tulum, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Julie for being such a good and attentive host!
